Multi-Grip Barbell

The Multi-Grip Barbell is constructed for the highest-level performance offering an enhanced frame with three various grip sets. Built to reduce stress on the wrists and shoulders, this bar makes curls, rows, and presses much more manageable and will expand your workouts. It features knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10" apart, and two sets of neutral grips are spaced 20" and 29" apart. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups, and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip while reducing stress on your shoulders and wrists. The innovative design is crafted to hold a weight capacity of up to 1,000 LB and is compatible with most standard power racks and Olympic plates.
