Hematoxylin is an alkaline dye, which mainly makes the chromatin and ribosome in the nucleus purple blue, eosin is an acid dye, which mainly makes the components in the cytoplasm and extracellular matrix pink or red.HE staining is the most basic and widely used technique in the teaching and research of histology, embryology and pathology. Shipping The product is shipped with ice pack,upon receipt,store it immediately at the temperature recommended. Notes 1. 4% Paraformaldehyde (It is recommended to use Elabscience E-IR-R113), 70% ethanol and 95% ethanol, differentiation solutions (Ethanol Solution with 1% HCl) are needed in this experiment.2. If dehydration, transparency and sealing treatment are required, xylene, Neutral Balsam (It is recommended to use Elabscience E-IR-R118) or other sealing agent are needed in the experiment.3. If the sample is paraffin slice, 90% ethanol, anhydrous ethanol and xylene are need in the experiment.4.
