The durable drivetrain features Shimano's Nexus 7 internally geared hub allows you to shift gears seamlessly without having to pedal, whether you're stopped at an intersection or coasting. This feature is what sets it apart from our externally geared derailleur bikes and makes it ideal for stop-and-go city riding. With the gears sealed in the rear hub, the PUBLIC V7i is also more impervious to bumpy roads, bad weather and all the challenging conditions that daily city riding dishes out. Nothing is excessive or overdone in the design of the PUBLIC V7i. We’ve included minimalist, reflective decals and an updated cockpit that sports our alloy PUBLIC Brunch handlebars, Premium City Grips and a negative rise road bike stem for sportier city riding.
