Description The Pyunkang Yul Acne Toner is a lightweight toner that helps gently exfoliate dead skin cells, control excess sebum while minising pores. Willow bark extract removes impurities for a softer skin texture, while matricaria and asiatic pennywort extract helps calm acne and regenerate the skin. Suitable for babes with oily, acne-prone or sensitive skin.
