It’s time to get back to our roots… root vegetables, that is! The Ruby Queen beet is sweet and mild, its red base topped with a sheaf of tasty greens. Tuck some German Giant radishes into the ground nearby to get truly massive radishes, and follow that up with the snappy crispness of our Mokum and Rainbow carrots. All of them give you a great introduction to root vegetables, and they’re perfect to start in either the spring or fall.
