Dahlia 'Labyrinth'

Its giant and wonderfully shaggy flowers can measure up to 20cm across, and offer an irresistible blend of peach and dark pink. This flamboyant and eye-catching dahlia grows to around 90cm in height, making it perfect for a starring role in the middle to back of a border. You will be dying to enjoy Dahlia 'Labyrinth' indoors as well as out, so be sure to plant plenty of spares for the vase! Large-flowered varieties such as Dahlia 'Labyrinth' can benefit from additional support, particularly if you are growing them in a windy spot. A network of hazel or birch branches inserted into the soil work well, as do the metal supports found in garden centres. Always install your 'Labyrinth' dahlias when plants are still small; large, already flopped-over plants hoiked up into place rarely look as good as those which have grown up through supports!
