For some extra support and comfort, there's a nice wide padded band at the back. A plush, velvety front piece holds a rubber O-ring securely in place with hardy snaps- the ring fits around the base of almost any flare-based dildo, vibe or probe and keeps it steady once the ring is secured to the harness.
