Shimmer Vases in Brights

Gossamer glass threads add an intriguing sheen to these blown glass vases. To create the beguiling effect, the artist blows a glass vessel in a gradient of hues, then spins the form while a glass thread is pulled across the surface. The small Hive style is a triangular form accented with two complementary colors. The large Cocoon form is graced with a wide belly, tapered top and bottom, and accented with three complementary colors. Each piece is unique and will vary.
