Varsity Jacket - Navy

Samuel Zelig's Varsity Jacket is mashup of a souvenir jacket, a bomber jacket, and a classic varsity jacket — with a medium-weight corduroy body and embroidered details throughout. It's cut with a relaxed body, featuring a knit collar, cuffs, and hem, with a button placket and raglan shoulders for a more comfortable and slouchy silhouette. The front also has two comfortable welted hand pockets, which is always nice. The fabric is a dark navy cotton corduroy — soft, plush, and immediately comfortable, it's woven from 100% cotton yarns. After finishing, it's given a rinse to soften and shrink the fabric, taking some of the guesswork out of sizing and care. The medium-lightweight fabric is wearable during most of the year, with a pleasant structure that will relax as the fabric breaks-in, developing a comfortable drape and a subtle patina over time.
